Sportsmetrics is a training program that is scientifically shown to decrease knee injuries in female athletes. It is a 6 week jump training program that is comprised of a dynamic warm-up, jump/plyometric drills, strength training, speed and agility and flexibility exercises.

Our next Sportsmetrics session will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening from 5:00-6:30 from July 11th - August 11, 2022 . Pre-testing will be held on July 11, 2022.
